Current Events and Developer's Plans

 Kula Ridge Mauka: The project currently consists of 21 agricultural lots ranging in size from 3 to 40 acres. The workforce housing component for this project is to be located in the Kula Ridge subdivision.

Waiakoa Ranch is an 86 lot agricultural subdivision with the primary access provided from Pulehu Road. Lots range in size from over 5 acres to 40+ acres with one large residual parcel of 325 acres. A private water system will provide water to the residents for domestic and agricultural use and private roads will provide the circulation within the property.

Here is the Kula Ridge map in color. There are four large Ag lots on the upper portion of the parcel. The lower portion of the property contains a 3 acre park contiguous with the 7 acre parcel that the community center sits on. Proposed is a 5 acre open space area that buffers the new homes from the exisiting residences along Lower Kula Road and will also serve as a drainage detention area.
