Maui County Officials are reminding you to sign up for Emergency Alerts. Maui is still in an active fire season and the Maui Emergency Management Agency (MEMA) urges you to sign up for MEMA alerts to receive emergency notifications. The alerts are sent to registered users via text message, email, pager and/or voicemail, based on preference. The alerts provide emergency notifications and direction.
